Our Story 

Carl Weaver, a native of Lancaster County, grew up camping. His childhood is full of these wonderful memories with his family.  His dedication to his customers is driven by these memories.  As a boy, Carl drove his parents crazy. He had to know how everything worked and was always taking things apart. This curiosity has fueled his perpetual desire to learn.  Carl worked in the automotive industry for almost a decade. He began sweeping floors and worked his way up to Parts and Service Director of a new car dealership.  Never one to shy away from a new experience, Carl left the automotive industry and accepted a position managing a dealership’s RV service center. After several years, he focused on his long-standing goal of building his own business, thus Weaver’s Mobile RV Service was born. Now entering our 10th year of operation, Weaver’s Mobile RV Service continues to grow. Carl attributes that growth to the integrity and expertise of the entire Weaver’s RV family. He is grateful for his team and so many loyal customers that made his dream a reality. Carl lives in Berks County with his wife Kimberly.  You can often find Carl working in his garage, rebuilding a car, or prepping for a Friday night firepit. They enjoy spending time with their adult children and spoiling their adorable grandchildren.

Alex Weaver was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He has worked as a Field Service Technician for Weaver’s Mobile RV Service for 5 years. After graduating from Garden Spot High School in 2014, he worked as an industrial electrician for three years. He brings this valuable knowledge base to the RV repair industry. Alex has a dedication to excellence and reliable, professional service that shines through with every customer interaction. Alex has had an interest and proficiency in all things mechanical  from a very young age. This has carried over into a passion for RV repair. Alex is a husband to Amber, father to young daughter and is expecting a second daughter in July 2022.  His personal hobbies include drifting and tuning his 240sx, home renovation, reading and welding.
